Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
